Unlit traffic/pedestrian sign problem

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2378302.

In Upton vehicles are constantly cutting the corner at a dangerous blind turn. There has been multiple near misses and pedestrians are being put at risk because a noticeboard is located in the blind turn. The priority needs changing back so that vehicles coming from Langley Bush rd. have to stop.
