Car without insurance in daily use!!!

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2373116.
I seen a car ford mondeo Ck57cfm, grey parked for a couple weeks, i though it is abandoned, so checked and its not have insurance and mot is running out. My worries is that a car is in daily use as i noticed later on!!!
