Overgrown hedges and obstacles in pavement

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2371144.
As you proceed on foot in a northerly direction on the left hand side of the road, the pavement has many obstacles where it has been dug up and yet nothing has gone on there for over ten days in some places. Very difficult for me as a blind pedestrian because crossing back and forth to avoid these obstacles is very dangerous, and the pavement is further restricted because hedges proliferate which need to be cut back.
I suggest that someone has a look as I cannot take photographs of the obstacles. You should cut the hedges and then invoice the owners of the properties which is what would happen in most London boroughs where they are more switched on about hazards to pedestrians. Cars stop one from walking in the road as well so the hedges cannot be avoided.
The hedges are in front of the houses on the left hand side of the road when you are travelling north.
You will have to try and inspect the full length of the left-hand side of Alderman’s drive for yourselves.
