Unable to use south pavement due to tree stumps

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2368370.

Tree stumps pushing up through pavement overgrown branches from wasteland over wall make oart of south pavement of elm street impassable

Could not walk cycle etc on this cleared in front of gate then impassable again
