Believed misuse of blue badge

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2365948.

Black Honda Accord registration LA08PCO parked in a disabled bay at Morrisons car park arriving between 13.30 and 14.00 Friday 30th October. Lone occupant was a lady who displayed a blue badge and left the vehicle to shop. She clearly wasn't disabled in any visual way as she hurried to collect a trolley and hurried into the shop.
