Conifers growing into/blocking the roadway

As can be clearly seen in the photo, the conifers are growing halfway into the road which forces drivers entering the road to drive on the wrong side and has caused a RTC recently. This has been an issue for over a year. The photo's were taking from opposite ends of the road.
