Untaxed and no MOT vehicle obstructing the view

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2358935.
This vehicle has been moved up the road repeatedly, has had no MOT for two years (serious brake defects plus others on the fail sheet) no road fund licence and is now parked roughly in the illustrated position obstructing the view to pull out of the junction. This has been an ongoing issue for the past three to four weeks.

If there is an obstruction of the road or pavement this is the responsibility of the police to investigate and enforce. A Traffic Regulation Order will be indicated by either signs or road markings to show parking is prohibited. The council’s parking enforcement team are responsible for enforcing breaches of Traffic Regulation Orders by the issue of Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs).
