Dear Sir/Madam
I am sending this email regarding damage that has occurred to our garden fences on the left- hand side of our property. We are the home owners of the property, our council tax reference is …….. Next to our home address is a large gathering of trees and shrubs which have grown out of control intruding onto our property, they have grown so big they have damaged large areas of our fence panels and even the fence supports (see pictures attached) the branches are even coming through the panels. We had the inconvenience of having to pay for someone to cut back all the shrubs as they were taking over our garden again (see pictures attached before cut back). I am guessing this area next to our property is council owned land and therefore council or the original builder’s responsibility. I am sorry to have to contact you now as I know you have so many things to deal with in the current climate. But this is damage we can’t afford to keep paying for especially the fact is it is not our responsibility... We are very concerned as to the damage the trees and shrubs have caused to our property. And would really appreciate some compensation or a replacement fence to be put in its place.
Can you please advise I look forward to hearing from you Tel 07955312518 Email vilma.kanopkaite@gmail.com Kind regards Vilma Zakarauskiene
