Rats are coming from the drainage to private properties. about 2 or 3 rats can be seen at a time in the area

  • This is a report that comes in every now and again throughout the city, unfortunately Rats only use drains as a means of travel and for ingress and egress to and from where they are going.

    Once entering the gully within a couple of meters they are in the main Anglian Water Sewer Network, this can never be controlled and if they are seen near to your property then remove any scrap food sources and place bait and or traps. The Gullies are not at fault and no action can be undertaken to prevent this action.
