That car is parking there every day, few times i nearly had an accident because of this car and today is second time when i have been late for work because lorry driver tried to reverse and stuck between roads. can some just put yellow lines in there as he shouldnt park there as there is a junction! there is also yellow car Abbey cole which is parking there as well.

This becomes the responsibility of the police as they have enforcement powers to move the vehicles where Peterborough City Council don't.
