Regarding damage to my person and property
Reported via desktop in the Tree is considered to be causing damage category anonymously at 16:54, Wed 7 October 2020
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2330543.
I've received a letter from you regarding my complaint. unless the inspector was a giraffe or had access to stilts, he wouldn't have been able to see in my garden due to the height of the hedge, which is yours and hasn't been tended.
I have, as advised, emailed them directly to arrange an inspection inside my garden, but have had no response.
I do think that it's terrible, considering i'd noted that i had been physically hit by debris from the tree, that i have not even had an apology.
With regards to the hedge, as it has been maintained by you in the past, you are admitting that it is your responsibility, and any damage caused by it is also yours.
My car has also been damaged due to the debris, i would like a claim number for damage to the car, hedge and fence and I am considering taking legal action unless something is done about this quickly.
