Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2324394.

If you look at the lamppost near the corner shop there is a blue cable going into the light. It seems the shop / upstairs flat is butting into the lamppost and getting free electric. This could of been happening for years. It’s illegal/ dangerous and needs investigation.
