Trees to be removed still in situ
Reported in the Overhanging Trees category anonymously at 09:37, Mon 28 September 2020
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2314574.
PCC agreed, in Sept 2019, to remove trees on corner of Werrington Bridge Road and Bridgehill Road "early in the new year 2020". Nothing has been done. We are about to start building close to these trees and Building Control have informed us that foundations will have to be dug considerably deeper, at significantly increased cost, if the trees are not removed. Building control also told us they are willing to confirm this, and that PCC may be liable for the increased cost as liability for maintenance of these trees has been accepted by the council.
