I have received the enquiry below from Cllr Warren. I visited the area this morning and there were no cars parked o/s 31 but if they are accessing from next to 30 Brynmore, photo attached. Is it possible for a highways officer can visit the area and look into the possibility of putting defences to prevent cars accessing the footpath?
