Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2306101.

I was asked to provide the reg of this car. Sorry I deleted the email by mistake . The ref if the abandoned car that is still there is KY05 HCV The car is still in the same place and has the stuff all still dumped in it
