Light Flickering

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2297165.

Resident called to inform that there are 3 lights that are flickering ,they are outside 5 Eastern close. PCC1,PCC2 and PCC3. One of them is partially off.Please get it checked.
