Overgrown tree/bramble ivy behind 2 properties

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2297157.

Residents replacing fence at rear of property In Peake Close and the back is covered in bramble & ivy. Cannot complete work on our garden until clear. This is Peterborough City Council land that has not been maintained for at least 3 years. We have written proof of land ownership obtained from the Land Registry last month after being told it was not PCC land. Damaging property to rear of 61 & 59 Peake Close
