Obstructing access time the highway
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2296590.
Not received any notification of significant works but there is a large vehicle parked on the pavement Arrived at 6pm this evening and is still here nearly two hours later. This vehicle is blocking safe access from Riverside to Peakirk Road and vice versa and there are no signs advising motorists or pedestrians of the obstruction
