Case number 2146362 case closed but no work done.
Reported in the Overhanging branches category anonymously at 14:42, Friday 11 September 2020
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2290021.
This issue has not been resolved, the branches over hanging the footpath have been trimmed but the larger branches overhanging my fence and greenhouse have not been touched.
Despite numerous phone calls and promises that someone will call nothing has happened.
Would it be easier if I arrange to have the trees pruned and have the invoice sent to you?
If damage occurs to my property I will be sending you the invoice.
This is totally unacceptable, I reported this in June what is the point in Fix My Street which looks good on the surface but obviously no action has been taken I have spent on 4 separate occasion between 30 minutes and an 1 hour 15 minutes on the phone to speak to someone at the council to be promised someone would call me back and give me an update which still has not happened.
Disappointed the council think so little of residents that pay full council tax.
I am sure if I had a hedge that needed trimming back you would only have given me 4 weeks to complete the work not take 4 months then ignore it.
Please can someone give me the courtesy of a response.
