Overgrown Hedges and pot holes

Reported in the Other public road issue category anonymously at 15:37, Wednesday 9 September 2020

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2286632.

Please can something be done regarding the bushes and trees in Ascot Drive. Twice I have cut around the street road sign which could not be seen. All year the verges are a continual mess and do not require a strimmer but a good removal to the ground of all the bushes and properly sorting out. Blackberry bushes grow into the road and can cause scratches to vehicles. The road was recently sprayed for holes in areas and a bit of tarmac chucked into the holes which looks appalling and the middle of the road still has a long hole in places and now no white line.
