Car abandoned on the street. Not MOT - police have tried to contact the owner but have advised to report it abandoned.

    The vehicle is showing as taxed until 01/06/21. We will therefore not consider the vehicle to be potentially abandoned. As long as the vehicle is not in breach of any parking contraventions, it is entitled to be parked.

    However, should you consider the vehicle to be an obstruction you will need to report this to the Police on 101 as the Police have more powers that the Council.
