Overgrown hedge/brambles

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2262255.
Hedge/shrub at front of house is now very overgrown. Brambles are creeping over pavement to my front garden. Affects two potential parking spaces as well as your car gets scratched and spaces are already limited. Very scruffy looking now. Please can it be maintained again.
