Low branches touching overhead power cables

Reported in the Tree touching overhead cables category by Peter Hiller at 17:26, Monday 24 August 2020

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2261296.

This tree has quite a few lower branches and could do with a crown lift as it hits the overhead lines in any strongish wind.

  • A Tree Surveyor has inspected and unfortunately, at the present time there are no identifiable arboricultural reasons to justify carrying out any works.

We recommend that you contact utility provider as they have a Statutory Undertaking as such this enables them to carry out Arboricultural works when it affects their lines or equipment.

State changed to: No further action
