Blocked drain/gully causing serious flooding each time it rains heavily. I have reported this to Anglian Water, but they claim it is not their responsibility and falls to the local authority.

  • This gully outside this location has been cleansed , it was noted at the time of this inspection the adjacent Anglian Water Manhole was full of water. If this ponding reoccurs then we advise to contact Anglian Water on 03457 145 145 and request they cleanse/investigate their surface water sewer. If you mention Road Gully they will automatically say it is the Councils responsibility, which this is, However the issue is as above their Surface Water Sewer Manhole.
