Safety of tree located in Barns clise

Sent to Peterborough City Council 4 hours, 9 minutes later. Council ref: 2245123.

Tree inspected from Barnes close ,, no thought of residents other side of fence. This tree spreads 24feet both ways over our garden , a 12ft branch came down 2 weeks ago landing on a neighbours building. Understand 5he tree been inspected yet again from Barnes close but not from Edinburgh Avenue side ever.
