Residents parking only but people ignoring signs a

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2242713.
This is a residents only parking area, cars especially evenings and weekends and staying for hours and sometimes abusive if told. Have only seen council patrol once in the last 4 months. They are using the lake for swimming and set fires and leaving their rubbish behind.
