3 fence panels fallen obstructing the pathway

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2237506.

Fallen fence panels now on pathway. Previously reported as leaning and unable to use this pathway due to fence. People have to dangerously walk along the road to access Ploverly.
