Trees are overgrown

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2235947.
The trees at the crescent used to be cut back every year u until about 6yrs ago and now they are overgrown and causing problems with cracks in the house and just leaves everywhere especially as it’s near old people’s shelter homes for health and safety and blocking out daylight to.

A qualified tree surveyor has assessed your request and following a site visit has been unable to recommend any further action on this occasion.
Please be aware that Aragon Direct Services manages the Council owned trees in accordance with the Peterborough Tree & Woodland Strategy 2018-2028.

All Council owned trees are surveyed by a qualified surveyor for safety every one to five years, depending on how much the area surrounding them is used. Where inspection identifies maintenance work it is scheduled in accordingly with safety issues forming the highest priority.
