The owner of this vehicle has been working on the Double yellow almost every other day. They never seem to be bothered about it and it usually causes inconvenience for people driving around. This is something which needs to be sorted as the person has no regard for the rules. This has been noticed by me for almost 2-3 months now or even longer.
