Again this park bin is full and overflowing.

Its in a children's park.

Yes the council will say not our problem it's someone else. Who is someone else?

I recommend this bin be removed and the council install a bin outside of this park for dog owners to dump their waste and children to be able to play in the park.

It could then be emptied regularly.

It really disgusting and keeps happening over and over again.

Please help.
