This car is directly outside my house and has been here for close to a year. It has no tax and the MOT expired over a year ago. The car has not moved at all and I believe the owner has long gone. There was a problem on this street with a series of abandoned and broken vehicles which have all now been taken away. I think this car should also have been removed but perhaps got missed.
