Crown is dying and branches are falling

This Oak tree on the council land just outside the south west corner of 39 Sunningdale is dying. Several dead branches from the crown over 2 inches in diameter has already fallen and landed in our garden. This three has been unhealthy for years but it was the storms earlier this year that started to bring down the dead branches.

A Tree Surveyor has inspected the tree on 26th August and has said that at present there is no arboricultural reason for the tree to be removed at present but they have scheduled the tree down to be monitored over the next 12 months
