TREE branch causing interference outside 113 Midland Rd. Resident of 109 had a BT engineer attend and been told there is no issue inside home - he said the cable is resting on the branches of tree outside 109/113 and causing interference. Branches need to be trimmed to free the cables

Thank you for your enquiry regarding the tree outside your property. Unfortunately, at the present time there are no identifiable arboricultural reasons to justify carrying out any works.
We recommend that you contact BT as they have a Statutory Undertaking as such this enables them to carry out Arboricultural works when it affects their lines or equipment.
