Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2204489.
There is a row of 5 trees that go from 52 to 57 or 58. she said that they are so badly overgrown that you have duck while you are walking along the path. There is also one that is almost touching her window. Please can we take a look into this.

In accordance with the Peterborough Tree & Woodland Strategy 2018-2028, a qualified tree surveyor has visited the site, assessed your request and concluded that there is no need to undertake tree works.
We don't prune or remove council-owned trees because they are considered too big or too tall unless it is deemed to be dangerous.
All council-owned trees are surveyed by a qualified surveyor for safety every one-to-five years, depending on how much the area surrounding them is used. We also carry out maintenance work if it's needed.
