    The vehicle is showing as taxed until 1st July 2021.

    We will therefore not consider the vehicle to be potentially abandoned. As long as the vehicle is not in breach of any parking contraventions, it is entitled to be parked.

    However, should you consider the vehicle to be an obstruction you will need to report this to the Police on 101 as the Police have more powers that the Council. Vehicles with no MOT needs to be reported to the Police as per the following link
