Contractors not cleaning up after them

The cable laying contractors are leaving the street looking like a building site. I have had to spend 2 hours pressure washing outside my house to stop visitors treading mess onto my property (see photos). At 73 years old I can do without this aggravation. I suggest you come here and see for yourselves.
