Email update from member of the public into CSC:
I was wondering what is happening about the bushes ref number 2184712, it is now over 20 days and i've heard nothing. These are getting out of hand some one has tried to cut some back as they were starting to meet side to side making access difficult.

Works recommended
Thanks for your enquiry regarding a Council owned tree.
A qualified tree surveyor has assessed your request and following a site visit has recommended works. On completion of the works you may feel the task undertaken may not fully address the issue raised. Aragon Direct Services employ qualified tree surveyors to undertake the inspections and all works recommended are in accordance within the guidance contained within the Peterborough Tree & Woodland Strategy 2018-2028.
Continued management of all our trees forms an integral part of this strategy. All Council owned trees are surveyed by a qualified surveyor for safety every one-to-five years, depending on how much the area surrounding them is used. Where inspection identifies maintenance work it is scheduled in accordingly with safety issues forming the highest priority.

Ihave just received an email stating that ref number 2184712 had been resolved. This is to do with the overgrown bushes and over hanging trees up to and on footbridge. Could you please tell when this work was done as when I finished work at 1pm today the job had not been done.

Morning Re to my email yesterday as I use the footbridge every day to come to work the bushes and trees have not been done so I have no idea what bushes they have cut back obviously the staff are giving you a load of bull.
