Hi my mum lives at 42 ratcliffe court and she can not see out her kitchen window because the bushes are overgrown also the trees she is a pensioner so is not able to sort it out herself and the trees and bushes are council or cross keys problem not my mothers she has rang you before to ask for help in resolving this and no effort is made to sort this out
