Tree too close - Damage to my house/garden

Reported in the Tree is considered to be causing damage category anonymously at 12:39, Tuesday 23 June 2020

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2168989.

The tree next to my property seems to be causing issues to my garden, I've had new patio and decking laid and I'm concerned that for a start it will be damaging my home/foundations, along with the garden. It blocks out so much light and it's overhanging my garden by a long way now. I have to regularly get my gutters cleared and there's another tree at the side as well that could be touching my property soon. I would prefer the largest tree to be removed, for my own personal fear is that it is going to cause a lot of damage to my foundations. Please can this be looked into. I have raised this issue a few occasions before, and it's been a few years since the last time i contacted you, but as you know trees continue to grow and I just fear for my houses safety. It would reassure me to have the tree removed.
