Overgrown verge the entrance of Buttercream Drive

The planting at the entrance of Buttercream Drive is overgrown, unsightly, untidy and an eyesore. It is next to our property @ Oundle Road, PE2 9QP and the planting is overgrown above our 5ft wall. It has never been tended to since it was planted. Thistles/stinging nettles are taller than our wall.
