Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2149515.

Resident called not very happy that he has had no contact regarding roadworks outside his property, resident saying its preventing him to go to work which is causing him stress. He would like a call back by the end of the day, have advised I cannot guarantee this.
