Roadworks noise in Saturday nights

This is becoming an absolute nightmare for us at home. Sleep is so important for those who are working even at the weekends especially when on 12 hour shifts. To get constantly woken in the night by roadworks/ really loud noises overnight seems so inappropriate. The first time was ok however now just feels like it’s going on forever.
