Overgrown brambles onto pavement

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2143047.

Hedges and bramblems from the private property (Number 9) are overhanging onto the footpath due to which it is difficult to walk on the footpath,The property has been empty for the past 3 months,there is also a dead tree in the front garden and the branches are overhanging as well.
