Large tree blocking sunlight and tv signal

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2128347.

Large tree on path beside No 52 Middleton, it is now blocking sunlight to my garden, 53 Middleton, also it blocks the satellite signal to my sky dish so I have no option but to have different satellite provider!!! This tree is far too large now to be near residential properties! Thank you!

    In accordance with the Peterborough Tree & Woodland Strategy 2018-2028, a qualified tree surveyor has visited the site, assessed your request and concluded that there is no need to undertake tree works.

    We don't prune or remove council-owned trees because they are considered too big or too tall unless it is deemed to be dangerous.

    All council-owned trees are surveyed by a qualified surveyor for safety every one-to-five years, depending on how much the area surrounding them is used. We also carry out maintenance work if it's needed.
