Overhanging/fallen branches - tree nuisance
Reported in the Overhanging branches category anonymously at 14:14, Saturday 23 May 2020
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2126353.
54 Deaconscroft. ref 2107719. The issue is that with the tree being so overgrown it branches completely overhang my garden dropping branches etc causing damage to the decking and shed. It also poses a risk to my dog and grandchildren who play in the garden. Many years ago the council agreed the issue and city back the over hanging branches and said this would be maintained but it has not and the tree is now wildly overgrown and overhanging which causes serious concern. Die to the height of the tree now and the density of the branches it blocks lots of light also. This is a Heath and safety issue as well as one of damage to property. Please re-assess this tree and upkeep your promise to keep this from happening. I look forward to to hearing from you with a positive outcome. Kind regards.
