Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2125000.

We act for the sellers of 26 Woodward drive and the buyer's solicitors Local Search reveals Woodward Drive is unadopted with no s38 agreement. Please confirm the position and specifically when the roads will be adopted and why they have not been to date. If you should not be able to assist please advise whether there is anything further we are able to speak to in order to resolve this issue
