Reported in the Public right of way - problem with access or damage category by Joshua Aisthorpe at 12:08, Thursday 30 April 2020
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2101387.
Outside of my flat complex we have a gated off area for where the residents bins are kept, one of the hinges that held the gate upright has now corroded away and the gate hangs loose and it's a danger as it's very heavy and is causing a problem to both myself and the residents in the complex when it comes to putting our rubbish in the bins, the problem has been there for quite sometime now but nobody in the complex has reported it so I decided that something should be done especially how this morning I saw our bin men having trouble trying to take our bins, usually one of them can remove the required bins, today it take took two of them to remove them, one of them to hold the gate open and upright while the other removed the bins. I know there is a lot going on right now so I don't expect the problem to be fixed straight away but I would like it if somebody would come and look at the situation
