Very poor road repair

Sent to Peterborough City Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 2090508.

The road has been repaired then sprayed with tar. The over spray is all over the verge meaning you cannot walk anywhere without getting tar on your shoes and my dogs feet are now covered in tar. A very lazy job done in the last couple of days.
