Tree has plastic bags caught from wind (PE4 6ER)

Reported in the Tree is considered to be causing damage category anonymously at 16:11, Tuesday 14 April 2020

Sent to Peterborough City Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 2087530.

One of the houses opposite us had some changes made to their house and so therefore there have been building supplies and as over the last few months there have been a few very windy days with rain. with the strong winds the plastic that was covering their building supplies has got stuck in the branches and has now been there for a around 2 to 3 months. I know this is not a very urgent issue but it is not very pleasant to wake up every morning and see plastic hanging of the tree, and would appreciate if it was removed. i look forward to hearing more feedback on what's going to be done about it thank you
