Tree roots problem

Sent to Peterborough City Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 2087295.
Member of the public reports that the tree roots are coming out out the ground and are visible. They also mentioned that some of the tarmac around the tree has broken up and is loose, causing a trip hazard as the pavement is uneven.
